SOS Innovations in Recovery Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Booths for the SOS Innovations in Recovery Conference are now SOLD OUT!

The fee for exhibitors is $600.   Your business name will also be listed in the thank you section of the conference program issue.  In addition to the booth you may opt in on a discounted rate of $400 if you would like a half page ad in the conference program and artwork will be due by Feb 27th, 2020. There are a VERY limited number of exhibitor tables available (10 available), they will be assigned in order of registration and receipt of payment.  The event will run from 7:30am until 5pm on Thursday April 9th and Friday April 10th.  Parking is NOT included as the hotel only offers valet parking and it is $20 per day.  There is metered parking on the beach but it is enforced and must pay at meters at a rate of $1 per hour.

The $600 fee includes a 6’ table and 2 chairs and entry for a total of 2 individuals for each of the 2 days of the event.  Entry for additional staff will be at full conference registration price and must be done online on the conference registration webpage.  The exhibit area is in the hallway around the grand ballroom of the Ashworth by the Sea.  This is an 8’ wide hallway so exhibitors must keep their tables and all materials within 4’ to allow passageway in halls.  Total space for each booth will be 8’ wide by 4’ deep.
